At Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services LLC, our staff isn’t just trained — they are carefully prepared, deeply compassionate, and truly dedicated to the individuals we serve.
Our staff learns not only the skills, but also the heart behind what we do. They receive ongoing training and refresher courses throughout the year so they stay informed, attentive, and fully aligned with each person’s Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Behavior Support Plan (BSP).
All team members are trained in accordance with the State of Ohio Medicaid standards, as well as our agency’s own high expectations for quality and safety.

Positions Available
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers
Full-Time • Part-Time • Flexible Scheduling
What You’ll Do
As a DSP/Caregiver, you’ll play an important role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through:
- Companionship and relationship-building
- Helping with daily living skills
- Encouraging independence
- Community outings and fun activities
- Transportation assistance
- Providing a safe and positive environment
- Supporting personalized goals and routines

Training & Support
No experience? No problem! We provide:
- 40 hours of paid orientation & training
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Medication certification
- Ongoing training throughout the year

Here at Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services LLC, our staff goes through orientation, which is a 40-hour week of quality training. We make sure that our staff members are knowledgeable and conscious of the individuals they are servicing. All staff and team members continue with ongoing training and refresher courses to stay familiar with our clients and their Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
Our staff are trained in the State of Ohio on Medicaid standards along with agency policies. Before any staff are allowed to work inside of a residential setting, they must first be trained in CPR and first aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), medication administration, medication certification, individual's rights, abuse and neglect prevention, positive behavior support, Unusual Incidents (UI) and Major Unusual Inciden
