Therapeutic Relations was founded by our CEO, KenJuan Johnson, and his wife, COO Vanessa Johnson, with one simple but powerful mission: to uplift, empower, and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a way that feels like family.

What began as a small group of caregivers with big hearts and an even bigger dream has grown into a thriving, people-first organization. From day one, we believed that every person deserves compassion, dignity, and meaningful opportunities — and today, that belief continues to guide everything we do.

With more than 25 years of combined clinical and managerial experience, our team brings both expertise and genuine passion to the care we provide. We proudly support children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personalized services designed to help each individual shine.
